It is the installer's duty to ensure that this light functions correctly when installed and does not pose any risk of damage to the machine, the product itself, or the installer. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that it uses the products (and its vehicle) in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards of care. Buyer acknowledges that some products may only be used when off-roading, and Buyer will comply with all vehicle and road safety guidelines. Buyer is solely responsible for (and will indemnify and hold Stoik, harmless for) any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, costs, or other amounts arising out of Buyer’s non-compliance with these provisions. Apex panels are not intended for on-road use. These panels are designed specifically for low-speed off-road use. Buyer agrees to understand and comply with local vehicle laws and safety guidelines. Buyer is solely responsible for (and will indemnify and hold Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas harmless for) any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, costs, or other amounts arising from Buyer’s non-compliance. The purchaser must inspect the system before and after each ride, every 2 hours of use, and after each crash or impact. To inspect the system, remove each rubber strap and thoroughly check for tears, abrasion, and discoloration, which may indicate stress or sun damage. Inspect each mount for cracks or wear and the panel for damage, sharp edges, or cracks. If any of these conditions are present, stop using the product immediately and contact support@ridegravitas.com for further instructions and resolution. Impacts or crashes of your vehicle void the warranty of the product. Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas disclaims responsibility for the installation or compatibility verification of this product with any machine. The installer must ensure correct installation without risking damage to the machine, product, or installer. Buyer must use products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards of care. Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
