We build products we ride ourselves. If something isn't right, let us know about it and we will work to make it right.
WARRANTY
All Gravitas products are covered by a 60-day manufacturer defect warranty from the date of purchase. This applies to all orders, domestic and international.
CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Crashes happen. We build products tough enough for serious riding, and we know that sometimes the trail wins. If you go down and your Gravitas gear takes the hit, we want to help you get back out there.
RETURNS: UNITED STATES
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.
RETURNS: INTERNATIONAL (Canada, Australia & All International)
International orders are final sale. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States. (See Details Below)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Canada and Australia. We are actively working to expand to additional countries and will announce new destinations as they become available.
PRIOR PURCHASES
This policy is effective May 2026. If you purchased a Gravitas product before this date, the warranty and return terms that were in effect at the time of your purchase continue to apply to your order.

The original purchaser of any Gravitas product is eligible for a one-time discount on replacement parts or products after a confirmed crash.

How to submit a crash claimEmail support@ridegravitas.com with the subject line "Crash Claim" along with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of what happened.
Our team will review and respond with next steps. If approved, we will issue a one-time discount code toward your replacement order.
Note: The Crash Replacement Program is a goodwill program, not a warranty. It is separate from our standard manufacturer defect warranty and covers impact damage that the warranty does not. Gravitas reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.

What's Covered
- Manufacturer defects in materials or construction
- Products that fail under normal trail riding conditions
- Fitment issues caused by a production error on our end
What's Not Covered
- Crash or impact damage of any kind (warranty is void after a crash). See Crash Replacement Program for additional coverage.
- Normal wear and tear over time- Damage from misuse, modification, or improper installation
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
Email support@ridegravitas.com with your order number and photos or short video showing the issue. We will assess it and get back to you quickly. In some cases we may require the product to be returned for inspection before a resolution is issued. We reserve the right to make final decisions based on customer feedback, photos, and the condition of the product upon inspection. Resolution may include a replacement, a repair, or a refund at our discretion.
Note: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
If you have an issue with a Baja Designs or Heretic Studio light purchased through Gravitas, reach out to us at support@ridegravitas.com. We will file the warranty claim on your behalf and manage the process with the manufacturer. Resolution timelines depend on the manufacturer and may take additional time, but we will keep you updated throughout.
Email support@ridegravitas.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will walk you through the process and provide a return shipping address. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, we cover return shipping
Note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Store Credit: In cases where a product issue is confirmed, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Store credit is issued to the original purchaser and can be applied to any future order on ridegravitas.com. Contact support@ridegravitas.com and we will review your situation.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Australia: 10 to 21 business days.
Delays may occur due to customs processing. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Duties, Taxes & Customs FeesInternational customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged at the destination country upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total at checkout. Gravitas is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for fees assessed by your country's customs authority.
Lost or Damaged PackagesIf your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us immediately at support@ridegravitas.com with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Yes. The 60-day manufacturer defect warranty applies to all orders regardless of where you are located.
Not always — but we reserve the right to request it. Start by emailing us photos or a short video of the issue. In some cases we may ask you to return the product for inspection before issuing a resolution. We make final decisions based on customer feedback and the condition of the product.
