Off-Road Use Only

Certain products are designed specifically for low-speed off-road use and are not intended for on-road use. Buyer agrees to understand and comply with all applicable local vehicle laws and safety guidelines. Buyer is solely responsible for (and will indemnify and hold Ride Gravitas harmless for) any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, costs, or other amounts arising from Buyer’s non-compliance.

Product Responsibility

The purchaser must fully understand their machine's system capabilities. Failure to do so can result in damage to the machine and its components. All products must be installed by a qualified professional and inspected regularly for damage or wear. Additionally, products and their components must be inspected after each crash or impact. Impacts or crashes of your vehicle void the warranty of the product.

Inspection Requirements

The purchaser is responsible for checking products before and after each use, and after each crash or impact. Inspect for tears, abrasion, discoloration (which may indicate stress or sun damage), cracks, wear, sharp edges, or other damage. If any of these conditions are present, stop using the product immediately and contact support@ridegravitas.com for further instructions and resolution.

Installation and Compatibility

Ride Gravitas disclaims responsibility for the installation or compatibility verification of its products with any machine. The installer must ensure correct installation without risking damage to the machine, product, or installer. Buyer must use products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards of care.

Limitation of Liability

Ride Gravitas is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Warranties are void in the event of a crash or impact. Any damage resulting from crashes or impacts is not covered under this warranty policy.

Returns and Warranty

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturer defect, we offer a warranty period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with returns or warranty claims.

PANELS

Panels are not intended for on-road use. These panels are designed specifically for low-speed off-road use. Buyer agrees to understand and comply with local vehicle laws and safety guidelines. Buyer is solely responsible for (and will indemnify and hold Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas harmless for) any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, costs, or other amounts arising from Buyer’s non-compliance.

The purchaser must inspect the system before and after each ride, every 2 hours of use, and after each crash or impact. To inspect the system, remove each rubber strap and thoroughly check for tears, abrasion, and discoloration, which may indicate stress or sun damage. Inspect each mount for cracks or wear and the panel for damage, sharp edges, or cracks. If any of these conditions are present, stop using the product immediately and contact support@ridegravitas.com for further instructions and resolution. Impacts or crashes of your vehicle void the warranty of the product.

Buyer is solely responsible for (and will indemnify and hold Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas harmless for) any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, costs, or other amounts arising from Buyer’s non-compliance.

The purchaser must understand their machine's electrical system capabilities. Failure to do so can damage the battery, charging system, and other electrical components. The wire harness must be installed by a qualified professional and inspected regularly for damage or wear.

Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas disclaims responsibility for the installation or compatibility verification of this light with any machine. The installer must ensure correct installation without risking damage to the machine, product, or installer. Buyer must use products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards of care.

Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas is not liable for any damage or injury from improper use, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
