Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the shipper unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event of a manufacturer defect, we offer a warranty period of 60 days from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product during this time, please contact our customer support team. They will assess the situation and provide assistance accordingly, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Please note that any damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or crash/impact are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Voidance: Warranties are void in the event of a crash or impact. Any damage resulting from crashes or impacts is not covered under this warranty policy.

To ensure a smooth and efficient resolution, we kindly ask you to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. This could be in the form of a receipt, order confirmation, or any other relevant documentation.

Apex Handlebar Panel Disclaimer

The Apex Handlebar Panel is not intended for on-road use and is designed specifically for low-speed off-road applications. The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable local vehicle laws, safety guidelines, and regulations. The buyer assumes full responsibility for (and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas from) any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, costs, or other amounts arising from non-compliance with these requirements.

The purchaser is responsible for regularly inspecting the panel and all components. Inspect the bolts and clamps securing the panel to the handlebar before each ride and every 2 hours of use. Tighten any loose bolts immediately and check for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. If any bolts are damaged or appear loose after inspection, do not ride the vehicle until repairs have been made. The individual is also responsible for ensuring that any items mounted to the panel (e.g., bags, tools, or accessories) are properly secured. Damage to the panel or items mounted on it due to improper mounting is the responsibility of the buyer.

Any impacts or crashes of your vehicle may void the product warranty. Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas disclaims responsibility for the installation, compatibility verification, or any damage to the machine, product, or installer during installation. The installer must ensure proper installation without causing damage to the machine, the product, or themselves.

Buyer must use the Apex Handlebar Panel in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of care. Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
