Handlebar Panel Use and Safety Notice The Gravitas Handlebar Panel is engineered for low speed off road use only. It is not intended for on road use. By purchasing and installing this product, the buyer accepts full responsibility for understanding and following all local vehicle laws, regulations, and safety requirements. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Stoik LLC DBA Ride Gravitas harmless from any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, or costs that result from improper use or non compliance with applicable laws. Replacement of Handlebar Pad Installing the Gravitas Handlebar Panel requires removing the factory handlebar pad or protective covering. This choice is made solely at the buyer’s discretion and with the full understanding of the risks associated with eliminating that protective padding. By proceeding with installation, the buyer acknowledges that: Removing the pad may increase the chance of injury in the event of an impact They are voluntarily accepting this risk Stoik LLC DBA Ride Gravitas is not responsible for any injury or damage arising from this modification If the buyer does not fully understand or accept these risks, the product should not be installed. Inspection Requirements The purchaser must inspect the entire system before and after each ride, every two hours of use, and after any crash or impact. To inspect the system: Check each machined aluminum strap for cracks, deformation, loose hardware, or wear Ensure all clamp bolts are correctly seated and remain torqued to the installer’s chosen specification Inspect the panel for damage, sharp edges, or cracks Confirm that the panel does not interfere with brake lines, throttles, wiring, switches, or steering function If any issue is found, stop using the product immediately and contact support@ridegravitas.com for guidance. Any crash or impact to the vehicle voids the product warranty. Installation Responsibility Stoik LLC DBA Ride Gravitas does not assume responsibility for installation or compatibility verification with any machine. The installer is solely responsible for ensuring correct alignment, safe cable routing, and proper bolt torque without risking damage to the motorcycle, the product, or the installer. The handlebar panel must never restrict steering or control movement. Proper Use and Limitations The buyer must use this product only as intended and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accepted standards of care. Stoik LLC DBA Ride Gravitas is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, modification of the product, or normal wear and tear.
