Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the shipper unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event of a manufacturer defect, we offer a warranty period of 60 days from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product during this time, please contact our customer support team. They will assess the situation and provide assistance accordingly, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Please note that any damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or crash/impact are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Voidance: Warranties are void in the event of a crash or impact. Any damage resulting from crashes or impacts is not covered under this warranty policy.

To ensure a smooth and efficient resolution, we kindly ask you to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. This could be in the form of a receipt, order confirmation, or any other relevant documentation.

Please keep in mind that our returns and warranty policy may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase or available on our website.

Alpine panels are not intended for on-road use and are designed specifically for low-speed off-road use. The buyer agrees to understand and comply with local vehicle laws and safety guidelines. The buyer is solely responsible for, and will indemnify and hold Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas harmless from, any claims, losses, damages, fines, fees, costs, or other liabilities arising from non-compliance.

The purchaser must inspect the system before and after each ride, every 2 hours of use, and after each crash or impact. To inspect the system, remove each rubber strap and thoroughly check for tears, abrasion, and discoloration, which may indicate stress or sun damage. Inspect each mount for cracks or wear and the panel for damage, sharp edges, or cracks. If any of these conditions are present, stop using the product immediately and contact support@ridegravitas.com for further instructions and resolution. Impacts or crashes of your vehicle void the warranty of the product.

Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas disclaims responsibility for the installation or compatibility verification of this product with any machine. The installer must ensure correct installation without risking damage to the machine, product, or installer. The buyer must use products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards of care.

Stoik L.L.C DBA Ride Gravitas is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
